Interesting cho on the Salyan.

Red Flower just showed me a Chinese movie called "Once upon a time in Tibet." It's about a US WWII USAF officer who goes down in bad weather while "flying over the hump" to supply the Chinese military efforts. He goes down in Tibet and has various adventures. One of the Tibetans in the movie is wearing a knife that looks very much like the Tibetan knife offered here.

I was wondering if Tibetan knife #3 ever got sold from June...I used to go back and look at it sometimes. Guess It's calling my name. Email sent on Tibetan knife.

Nice snag Bric! That Tibetan is sweet and a great deal. Rajkumar the Prince does such a great job on the Tibetans that it's becoming his signature knife.

Thanks guys for saving me from extending my collection further. Happily, I think I've found my favorite khuks already, so I don't feel quite as anxious about these :)

ITF, congrats on the CAK. It looks like the DOD camping special CAK that Terisa put up recently.... I wonder ?

Sure looks like it. When I originally was looking to get a kukri, I was thinking lighter and thinner kukris like a chitlangi or a gelbu special. After getting a BAS on a blemish deal, I knew I wanted more of a brutish chopper. I was glad to see this deal on a CAK come up.
