Last day on Earth...Drink Up

Here's the deal...............
You have been given 24 hours to live.
How would you spend your last day? Who would you spend it with? They can be someone alive or someone from the past. Where would you go? And most important... What would be your drink of choice?

For me... I would spend the day with my wife and daughter. I would take my wife shopping to make sure I approve of how she is spending my life insurance money. I would then sit down and read my daughter her favorite book.
Stop and say goodbye to Jerry. Call Skunk and tell him the company store will be restocked in 2 WEEKS. Post a good bye on the forums.

Oh yeah! The Cabo Wabo would not stop flowing. I hope there is a bar where ever I end up. Better not be some cheap bar with that Jose Cuervo crap either.

First of all, I wouldn’t tell anyone that it was my last day. There couldn’t be anything worse than people being miserable when you’ve only got 24 hours left.

I’d buy an Aprilia SL1000 Falco and ride it through the Adelaide hills at as close to break neck speed as possible. If the worst happens, and I crash it, the injuries can’t hurt for more than a day.

If I make it through the ride a meal with my girl friend would be in order. It takes at least a week to get a booking at my favorite restaurant, so I’m going to have to assume that Frank the owner is feeling generous.

With this meal I’d drink a bottle of 2001 Pegasus Bay Pinot Noir.

I’d spend the remains of the day on the farm doing the things I love: checking on the horses and cattle, and absorbing as much of the environment before the day ran out.

I guess if I lived in such a beautiful place I would like to just sit and enjoy nature too. North west ohio just doesn't have that much to look at.

Something changes on the farm every day, and every day you can be made to smile by what you notice.

If it was my last day I would go fly out to Colorado(like midnight that morning), and there waiting for me would be my Dodge Viper GTSR blue with white stripes and the 800hp package. Next to me is my g/f(soon to be fiance ). I would drive to Ouray climb up to the top of the mountain that overseas Box Canyon. I would hike to the ridge facing west overlooking the peaks that lead to silverton and sit there and watch the Sunset with my g/f. Then I would walk back down to town, theres a bar there thats been there since 1836, I would have a glass of their finest wiskey, and then some Johnny blue. Have a nice Elk Steak dinner. Make love to my g/f. Then while overwatchin the mountains through the window with my g/f next to me I would pass on.

24 hours to live huh. I don't know, I'd probably spend some time talking to my rabbi. Death is kind of a scary thing for me. Oh, yeah, I'd definately take an INFI inventory, so my wife knows what the stuff is really worth, and settling my other various affairs. I would definately make sure the pets will be well off. I'd also visit my local aquarium store just to look at all the fishies one last time. And I'd buy my wife 6 dozen roses. If I knew I had one day to live..... wow, it's really hard to say exactly what I'd do. I think I'd also visit the house where I grew up in. I'd bring my wife along for the whole day, and my parents along for a good part of the day. I think I'd visit some of my best friends too.
I also think I'd take a drive into Amish country and order pie! (only about 45 min away) I might even take a little drive down to Waseon! either way, I know that I'd try to balance what I need to do with spending time enjoying my last time on earth.

24 hours to live? I sure as heck wouldn't be watching nature! I'd spend the morning with my family and then I'd fly out to Vegas with everyone I knew and get sloppy drunk! Maybe I'm thinking that way because I haven't tasted alcohol in 8 months!! lol!!

This thread is making me think about getting me affairs in order so I won't have to screw with it in such an event.
