Watching TV last night when the wife and I looked up and there was a cow moose and calf out in the front yard. The pics will give you and idea of the scale with the fence 6 foot wooden fence and 4' chain link fence lines in it.

Calf is at the tip of my SFNO in the 1st pic.

Good pics Russ. I haven't run into many swamp donkeys this year

Great, great pics. Thanks, Russ!

My wife and I were driving around a golf course about a mile from our house one evening last week and saw this band of brothers, which she snapped with her phone:

It's all good!

Great picks gentlemen. You are both fortunate in so many ways:thumbup:

THanks for sharing:cool:

Really cool Russ !

When we were training out of Wainwright we spent a lot of time in the bush, if we woke to bears in the camp, a bunch of noise usually cleared the area.

If we woke to moose, we went back to sleep in hopes they'd leave on their own, you don't want to startle or po a moose !

Great, great pics. Thanks, Russ!

Back atcha Will, great pic Bro!!! Moose don't heard like that very often but you will see a bunch now and again. I've driven around Portage Alaska and counted over 45 in about a 3 mile area.

WOW!!! Great pictures, thanks for showing them.

Momma Moose is in very good condition, the season must have been a good one as the calf would be dragging a lot of goodness out of her.

Ian.
