I think he means the last of 4 or 5 threads he has going on the subject.

Very cool knives, but it would be better if all those threads were joined into one.

I saw the title and what came to mind was the maker was deceased! I think "latest" may have been a better word.

Thanks folks, sincerely, for your words. You are right, these knives are the latest, not the last knife, I hope! I'm sorry my english, was a mistake in the translation. Daniel Vally is living in France nowadays and I wish for him a long and happy life. He is a damascus's knifemaster.
