Here is a quick compile of the replies to the 'Take it to Blade Show' thread. Most statements were in the 'I Want" category and a few questions. Here is the list.

I Want to See Buck Offer this:

110/112 on equal status in custom shop ordering.

110/112 two blade versions

More scale options for the 112 production and custom shop

110/112 set barehead construction sold as set.

A custom shop bolsterless 113

A custom shop 102

A custom shop Locsha

Bring back the 116

More knives with S30v blades

Sentry/Endeavor with plain edge

102 with S30v blade

Offer a USA 300 series Trapper

New 300 Models

And finally - New options for the Custom shop
( 110/112 priority ) to include:
-drop point blades
-flat grind on blades
-no rear bolster (barehead)
-lanyard hole
-smooth black phenolic scales
-pocket clip
-thumb stud

Replies that fell in more of the question area:

Dymondwood scales and handles, since original suppliers factory fire, has handle material been changed. Is this
why the 113 now comes with solid walnut ?

Is the 898 in production yet, what was the story on distribution issues ?

The Model 302 will be 50 years old in 2016, any thought on a Commemorative issue ?

The Model 317 will have anniversary in 2017 any chance we could have a issue with S30v blades ?

Are there any left over yellow scaled model 300s anywhere ?

Is coating on Brahma 119 food safe ?

Are there any Chuck commemorative issues in planning ?

110 drop point blade conversion to an existing knife? 420HC blade is plenty good for me, don't need or want a "super steel". A 1095 blade option would be cool ...

How about opening a real custom shop again and offer the same knives and options as in the 80's

300, I still have the same knees and eyes I had in the 50's. Now, as then, they are shot.

Here are some examples of 'bareheaded' knives from pg. 162 in Blades Guide To Knives. Which are the opposite of what I spoke.
I'll have to research this term some more to discover how it originated. DM

List of questions, I went over with Joe Houser and he put them is his private notebook to take back. I also requested that someone high up in Buck answer and comment on what they could he on the forums. Maybe even interact with you guys once in a while.
I said a small amount of time every couple three weeks would do a lot of good. I will let some time pass and remind him of the request.

Thank you. I heartily agree about spending some time on the forum. It would have a positive impact I'm sure.

Thanks for taking these in for us.

It would be great if some of the Bucks would chime in now and again.

Well, this thread has not had any comments or answers for over 2 months now so I thought I would bring it back to the top of the threads to see if anything has been done regarding our questions.

Is someone at Buck Knives going to get back to anyone on these questions?
