Sasha, I love how you love food and you're willing to try different things. Next bushbash, I will try to bring some strange Filipino food for you to try.
If you BBQ them they are more on the chewy side and alittle on the tough side. With an intresting texture and flavor. I do like them but i were the only one to eat them.. If you make soup out of them.. Which is AWSOME they are tender, meat falls off the bones. I would say cooked in soup they are the best.. I dont know about you guys but i always like to eat the bone marrow in the bones when cooked in soups.
Hey Shotgun looking at the pic i think you are right lol... But i got even as i eat that finger.. Moral of the story dont point fingers at me or i would bite them off lol...
