Last cord wrap for a bit . . . maybe. :D Time to get back to some other stuff, I just couldn't help myself for a bit. 3/16 W-2 with a little under a 4-inch blade.

Very Nice!!! That looks great and again, the hamon is outstanding. I never tried this type of knife before, I think I'll just leave it to the expert.

looks really good michael, what are you useing for clay coating, satinite?? are you going to Duncans hammer in next weekend (17-18)

Bill -- Yup, I've got a big ol' jar of satanite I got from Darren Ellis that I'm using. Thanks for reminding me about the hammerin, I'm going to try to make it. I definitely need to watch some of you guys do some real forging, my hammering skills is pretty lackluster. :grumpy: :D
 
Looks good, good functional shape, like it'd be at home in a woodworkers fine tool chest, or anywhere for that matter.
