This will be the last fixed blade to leave for 08.

Its going to one of the most reputable knife dealers in Germany a kind of show piece along side the production Hornet XL which has been a 2.5 year quest to see it realized.

If you are familiar with Dietmar Pohl (www.pohlforce.com) and his new knife company "POHL>)FORCE, the Hornet XL is the first product that will be available for customers in Europe starting next month.

It's great to see that the Hornet is going to be made as a production model. However, as far as I'm concerned, the custom version is the would be the only way to go.

I've always admired your work. Congratulations Spencer!

Hi Folks,

my name is Dietmar Pohl and I am the owner of POHL FORCE knives. Some of you know me maybe through my design work for Boker Knives or as book author of TACTICAL KNIVES. POHL FORCE is proud to work with Spencer Reiter and that we were able to produce this outstanding knife design. We really pushed it to the limits. The knife has an Austrian Bohler D2 steel blade with dual finish (mirror and satin), well made leather sheath that protects the nice finish of the knife and is avaliable in two handle materials: Walnut and Micarta. Please check out the review on the German Tactical Forum:

Even if you can not read German, but the photos speak for themselves. I will be in Orlando for the SHOT Show and will try to find an US distributor for POHL FORCE KNIVES.
The Hornet is definitely a serial production knife with the flair and quality of an custom knife, but for a reasonable price.

I will post immediately when we can tell you more about US distribution. And if you can't wait, please contact me under contact@pohlforce.de
