I have the last of the Shark tooth inlay Chefs up for grabs with forge finished 1/8 AEB L stainless blades @61-62rc with a 7" cutting edge that has been flat ground thin and can really slice well. The blade height is about 2 1/2 from heel to spine. The handle is stabilized and dyed maple with inlayed shark teeth cast in premium alumalite resin. The caps are black G10 with a ghost G10 spacer/liners. It will come with a handmade leather sheath made by myself! Asking (Easter sale 220) shipped, payment via PayPal.
