Tamangs are one of my favorite users!

I did some tree limb work today and now I can see why!

I'll have to use it more but now I'm not so sure the VUK has top spot on my own list of favorite HI users. I don't know if they vary but, the spine thickness on this one is right were I like it, in that 1/4" range (This one is .272 at the thickest) but it's got some decent heft. Kumar did some really fine work here! Many thanks to him and Yangdu!

I'm also a sucker for that forge black look.

Nice,
Tamang has been my top khuk for years now.
but my 16" Purna VUK is second. and I've had a lot of HI knives

I still use my Keshar VUK more than any other, usually making kindling for the cold weather around here this time of year. Never gets dull, perfect weight and balance.
