Last Two Batches of Ordered Blades Ready to be Crafted
Here are our last two batches of ordered blades we've been working hard on. Thank you customers for your continued business, from Scorpion Swords & Knives!
More new releases coming soon! Look for another Jason Woodard design just around the corner!
A Glimpse of One of Our Custom Creations:
Esteemed Sword Designer Jason Woodard requested a customized Scorpion Bushcraft knife, by making it with a full linen micarta handle, and putting a sharpened false edge on it.
THIS WEEK’S FEATURED DURABILITY VIDEO: Doomsday Barbarian Sword - Extreme Durability Test Video
Watch professional reviewer Jason Woodard do EXTREME durability tests. Destroying an SUV, Repeatedly Stabbing through the Doors and Roof!, Striking against a Cheap Katana & Destroying its Edge, Shattering Bones, Striking against SOLID GRANITE, Striking against a Steel Drum, Metal Pole and Medieval Knights Helmet, and Stabbing through a Steel Drum. Our Barbarian sword didn’t fail Jason at all! Only leaving minor edge damage after striking against granite, something you should never be able to do.
SBG FEATURED BLADE OF THE WEEK: Doomsday Viking - Geibig Type 8 Sword
Inspired by the legendary Alfred Geibig Type 8 blade, it embodies the spirit of the Norse warriors. Whether for display, reenactment, or collection, this sword is a testament to the Viking Age. While it is a contemporary build and not intended to be historically accurate, it draws on actual historical Viking swords for its design elements. The Wheeler Type AE crossguard showcases a straight horizontal design, with its minimalist elegance reflecting the Viking aesthetic and a 'Brazil nut' style pommel. It is devastating to other blades or melee weapons that dare to cross its path. Designed by Esteemed Sword Designer Jason Woodard, made by Scorpion Swords & Knives, and is exclusively offered at the SBG on-line Store. This heat treated full tang one piece construction results in an EXTREMELY DURABLE and almost indestructible sword.
ONE OF THIS WEEK’S DISCOUNTED BLADES - Tactical Smatchet
The Smatchet was used by British and American special forces (Special Air Service and Office of Strategic Services, respectively) during World War II. Designed as a pure combat weapon. Its balance, weight and killing power, with the point and edge, combined with the extremely simple training necessary to become efficient in its use, make it a great personal weapon.
