Here are few pics of what I was able to scrounge up last week. The '08 blades were attained by my blade proxy, none other than Ban :thumbup:. Before he shipped them out to me he put a super polished/sharp convex edge on the two CF blades. The pics do not really do the edge justice, enjoy.

Man I am drooling over that comp grade Sarsquatch....man that just looks sweet. Great haul!
 
I am not sure if the handles on the black SARsq. are black paper or not, they look very different in texture an color to the CF SARsq. Maybe someone with a better trained eye than me can help me out. Were some of the blk SARSQ. made with paper handles???
 
The Black/Black SARSquatches are in fact Black Paper!! The Special Edition version is Black Canvas, and the tan ones are a darker, richer version of Tan Canvas...
 
I think Ban needs his own sticky photo thread. What do yall think?

I never would have imagined just how Stupid Sharp Bans convex's are untill I felt one at Blade.
 
Ban's edges are on another level, the only sharpening I know is either on my EZE pro or on a set of ceramic rods.....Ban does them all by hand and they STILL look better than my assisted sharpening :eek:.

For the record.... I do them all by hand on a grinder. They are not freehand on stones as it would just take too long for me. I am lazy ;)
