Hi everyone.
Just wanted to share this beauty with everyone. I bought this one "back of the house" style from my man Blaid; thanks Dave!
Anyway, I've been holding out for a scandi BCkarda for a while now and I'm so glad I ran in to this one. I'm digging the Black on Black with a blue pinstripe. Also, look at that Spalting!
It's a January 2012 knife (from the last batch before Andy moved to the new shop). Here is the link to the original sales thread

The second I removed it from the box, I was reminded about the thicker handles that Andy used to do. This knife has that quintessential older handle. Just melts into your hand. Some of the newer Fiddlebackers might not have an appreciation for this, so I wanted to share this stat:
The handle thickness at the palm swell mic'ed to 0.955 inches! Nice and thick and awesome.
