latest addition to the fold

This came in from Ariel Salaverria earlier this week. He has great pictures of it on his site, so I'll just post a couple here...

The kard has been a design I've always wanted to own, and Ariel did a great job with the integral. It is perfectly balanced, razor/needle sharp. The fit and finish are impeccable. The sheath is a great fit.

I am amazed at what he can do with steel.... one thing that I think is lost in the pictures is the dimensionality of the blade. There aren't pits or bumps, yet there is a lot of depth in the figure. Its a very pretty knife, yet formidable. the blade is 7", and the knife is 12" overall.

Yes, Lorien's impression is correct. The blade does look like one of nature's
