Just finished this one for a good friend. Antique tortoise scales and forged W2 blade. :D

Nice, especially the handle. Must have been a large set of scales.:thumbup::thumbup:

got all excited when I saw the title of this thread!

Your knives never disappoint Don. This one is no exception. I love it.

Kevin, largest set I've run across.

Lorien I haven't forgot about ya, just been very busy.

Thanks guys!

I would love to have a big set like that for a full size Fixed Blade Damascus Fighter.

How many Big Tacs is that now? I hope I get to handle one some day.

I got to handle this one, chicken-eye it, the whole works over the weekend. It is one awesome folder!! Bad to the bone. Outside the amazing scales, the DHIII trademark bolsters, the workmanship, etc., I just love everything about the blade on this one. The blade profile, the thickness, the grinds, the steel, the hamon...everything. There has got to be one happy camper out there, somewhere.

Don, your images are very, very good, but.....send it to Coop!! :D

That is a very special folder - absolutely gorgeous in every way. I've always liked this particular model, ever since I first saw it.

Very nice, sir!!!!!"Tactical" perhaps in shape, but the materials go beyond perhaps even "dress tactical". But then again, it does have SKULLZZZZZ!!!!;)

Don There is some really cool stuff going on there . I think we could call it a gentlemen's voodoo tactical folder

Those are one of my favorites of your designs also Don, and THAT is my favorite to date!

Those scales are just beautiful tortoise and compliment the blade and bolsters perfectly. I like that the scales are very dark with just highlights of light color.

Kevin, if I can come across a set large enough for a fixed blade, I'll let you know.

How many Big Tacs? I believe between 8-12, not sure exactly.

Joe, I plan to have Coop shoot this one.

Thanks for the good words, folks!
