Found this one yesterday in a small town antique shop, they were asking $12 for it, I offered $10 and got it. The best part of finding these older ones is the hunt! It`s marked:

Great deal when you think that brand new ones are selling for 50 dollars. I was at an antique shop and found a 112 and they wanted 69 dollars for it 0_0
 
It is, still looks like the original factory edge. Too bad there was no sheath with it.

Yeah, but finding one that is correct for that year and model may not be that easy.;) If you just want any leather 112 sheath, that's easy though, I just bought two of them.
 
Ah Grasshopper( Zach), remember the lessons, to have the knife with factory edge, with correct era box and papers. And the original sheath for the knife in the proper time version. That is when the planets are aligned in your favor.....

Its OK, not to care and consider all knives users, its OK to collect and want all the original unspoiled stuff also. We are an equal opportunity 'clan'.

I'd say that was a GREAT find. I like the older 112's with the 440C blades, and that is a NICE one.

You're gonna have me haunting the antique shops again. I had a long dry spell and gave up on them.

Sheath is not a big thing.

I believe that is called...5th Version, Variation 4. Told from Variation 3 by slightly larger rivet size.

I cannot find a sheath for 15$ unless its beat up . The new ones at knife stores here are 20$ and near that from Buck w/ shipping . That knife at my pawn shops would have run me 30$ and been in worse shape and no sheath . At the knife shows 40$ without a sheath and in better shape . Good find Stomper . DM
 
There are several brand new black 112 sheaths on Ebay right now for $11.99 delivered. There's also a natural tan one for $14.49 delivered and one of the brown ones that is stitched up one side only for the same price.
