Latest; Forged Chef's Knife

I always forget about this forum, there's so much nice work here... very humbling.

This is the latest one just finished up and it is a knife I made for myself. I learned a thing or two with this one... one is that Cold Weld sets up FAST. the other is that 3 series stainless isn't THAT hard to work with; 304L to be exact. Something else I learned is that I need to take the blade finish further before putting on the handle :)


Forged from 1095.

Bolsters and pin are 304L stainless
Handle is Bocote finished with a mixture of bees and carnauba waxes.
Blade length is 10"
OAL 15"
