I just finished this one today... The spike was supposed to be a perfect triangle but the grinder had other ideas... The hickory handle is 14" long and the head is 7" long from the tip of the spike to the cutting edge..This hawk is quite light and was intended as a fighter....sorry for the crappy pic's.

Thanks for the compliments guy's. Joe this one started out as a 16oz ball pein hammer. I drifted the eye to accept a hawk handle..I am thinking of grinding the spike off, it just doesn't look right to me...What do you think??
