I donated this hunter to the Officer Spouses Club auction here on Fort Benning last night. It was a high roller crowd for sure, and the bidding went higher than what I would have asked for it. For a good cause though, mostly scholarship money I guess. It's quite a bit different than most of what I make, but I wanted to appeal to a larger crowd.

440C and Linen Micarta, flat grind and satin finish.

very nice,i really like the lines/design,would look great with iron wood or some burl.what are the dimensions?

That's a very sweet looking knife Ryan. You did a good thing with the auction. Love the shape and the blade finish looks excellent. See you have a new name stamp for your blades. I really like it.

Thanks for the comments gentlemen, maybe I'll make more like this one in the future. I happen to agree about the new mark, it's definitely an upgrade. I got sick of screwing up the stamp and went with an etch. Since a couple of people mentioned it, it's from IMG in Utica, NY. They were great to work with, even though I had no idea what I really wanted!
