I spent most of the morning with attorneys. We've hired our local attorney and also hiring an IP attorney from the DC area. Wished I could tell you guys more but it's best if I don't say anything except that we all feel very confidant in our position that RAT Cutlery will be around for a long time.

Thanks again for all the support, and while there is a lot more I would love to be able to update everyone on at this point, I won't. I hope all of you can understand this since we are now working under the advice of attorneys.

I'm going back to concentrating on RAT Cutlery knives and getting ready for the Blade Show. Everything else is in the attorneys hands.

Thanks again to everyone for their support.

Jeff

As you can see you have a great following and we will be here after the dust settles bro !! Thanks Tony

Glad to hear you are making progress and feel confident.

I purched a RC-4 and I'm waiting for it's arrival. I will gladly post a review and I'm looking forward to the RC-6.

Please remember throughout all of this you have a lot of support and truth on your side.

The civil justice system that allows this type of thing to occur to honest people is hardly justice and the civil law system is a joke and a shame.

It's best that you follow what your attorneys say and don't share what they say you can't but we will be looking forward to any updates you can provide when you can - general public information that is readily available.

I wish you the best and feel for both of you. Keep your heads high and on the path that you are on. I applaud you and will keep supporting you and RAT Cutlery.

Strength and honor!

Glad to hear that things are going in the direction that they should be going.

Looking forward to hearing that everything is back to normal - if not better.

Now we play the waiting game.

Let's hope that this is just a little bump in the road looking back at it.
