This is my latest made from a Nicholson file. Handles are Mickley butterscotch micarta with black liners. Let me know what you think. I can take more pics if you need another angle. Overall length is 6" cutting edge is 2.25"

Thanks for looking, Angelo

P.S. If anyone knows how or can direct me to a site with info on decorative knots for a paracord lanyard I would be much obliged.

Awesome, that's exactly what I needed.

Nice looking for so early on! Like the design and the grinds

Looks good and nicely finished and looks like a handy little knife. And the finger nails looks like a knifemakers finger nails.

You know, the hard calcium covering on the tips of your fingers. His nails are all chewed up, therefore, knifemaker nails :D

Lol, aye, I sure did get too close. Dont like the feel of gloves that much though.

Hey, that's a pretty good job on the sheath. Nice form and fit! You may have sanded the edges a little close to the eyelets and you might find that using the smooth side of the Kydex for the loop slips around a little on your belt though. But hey, if it works, it works! Looks like you're well on your way

Thanks, I think you're right about that eyelets. I'm going to plan it out better next time. I think my eyelets are too short? Or do they work better with a press? Im using the little hammer set-up. The concealex I used is the thinnest .60 i think but they barely had enough grab to them.

Yes, the dies in a drill press or arbor press work much better. The 'squish' the kydex / concealex as they roll the eyelet. There are different lengths of eyelets also but if you're using .060, then the shortest eyelets they offer (from knife supplies anyway) should still be long enough. I use the shortest ones for both .060 and .080, but you need the longer ones for .093 stuff.
