Haven't posted in a while so hope you enjoy it.
Made from 3/16" Damascus, Ironwood scales and custom Mosaic pins
Nice balance right at the first pin where the index finger hits, feels like air:D

That's not fair. Those grind lines are straight and even. Wish I could do that. :)

ROLL ME IN BATTER AND DEEP FRY MY HEINNIE! Waow!!!!!!!!

By any chance, do you study FMA (Filipino Martial Arts) or Arnis/Kali?

Knife in the Avatar is a somewhat Americanized point tanto that is sitting on my bench as I type. It is made from 1/4" 5160 and is 9 1/2" OAL blade just over 5", Convex ground point - Hollow ground edge and flat ground false edge.
Custom pins, Ironwood scales and scotchbrite finish. Nice little fighter that balances right at the index finger...Can you tell I like this one :D
Anyhow definetly a usable fighter.

Study Martial arts I wish:rolleyes:

  :p Touche ya semantic knifeknut!

There is a certain style of arnis heavily into knifework (which is still relatively unkown even here) in which its signature knife closely resembles that model of yours. That one of your must feel "alive" in the hand.

Came up with this design around three years ago and liked it so I kept the pattern. Does feel like part of your hand in all of the moves.

This particular one is bound for a new home

Absolutely freakin' beautiful! Karie'll be thrilled with it! Neither of us had any idea you could turn out such a beautiful blade so fast! How's the Bowie coming along?:D :D :D

I love knives like this that are thick and beautiful, I know when in hand you really know you have a knive in your hand. (GREAT KNIFE)
