That look really nice as is. I usually file swedges in as I can be very accurate with a file, not so much with a grinder....
I use a round file (around 3/8" diameter) and rough in the end of the swedge, then switch over to a big flat file. It helps to use a file guide first to set the ends at the same place on the blade, then bumped up a bit to keep from mucking up the swedge end while I bring the rest of it to the same depth. I angle the blade to the grind/swedge angle, and keep the file flat and level... If it is a really big blade with a long swedge, I may rough it in with the grinder then switch over to files to perfect the shape.
