Hey guys. Just finished this one up tonight (mainly the sheath). It was my first recurve and my first swedge as well as my first hand sanding (pain in the ass but sooooo worth it).

Blade is 1080 from an old sawblade, bolsters are cherry, and the handle was burl from some wood in a wood pile used for our wood stove.

NICE!

I like the recurved blade profile and the texture of the burl and blade flats!

that is actually a really snazzy looking knife. There is a lot to like about it.

Thanks for the comments.

Im thinking about trying to sell some knives on the exchange, do you think im ready?

do you think you're ready? If so, how would you gauge it?
