I was returning books to the library today, and there is a Williams Sonoma Outlet sort of nearby ;) so I decided to drop in to see if there were any decent quality paring knives for a good price. To my surprise, there were Inox Opinel #8's for a good price. I snagged two :) Totally not expecting to find this style in a kitchen store, I guess it makes sense. One of these will actually be used as a paring knife for a picnic kit I have, the other, who knows. Funny what you find.
 
i have been dying for an Opinel... i will have to go by the Williams Sonoma in my mall to see if they have them!
