I just received my latest Kershaw treasure via USPS Prioity Mail yesterday. I really love these knives. Now I have a Random Task to actually use as an EDC.

Here is my small collection of polished G-10 Kershaw's so far.

I worked up the courage to take my newest one apart and got out my Torx set. Oops! It uses Allen screws. How small are the Allen screws for the handle? They are too small for my .050 sized wrench.

Thanks Mike. I was inspired by the looks of the ones I saw in this forum (thanks to jonnymac44). Then I learned a little bit more about their significance and like them even more.

The 2 Random Task came from auctions on eBay. The Mini Task was the last one at Jay's Knives.

I agree a new run of the Random Task with either polished G-10 or CF would be very nice.

Nice score PG5758!

Since we're on the subject of the Random Task, how many versions did Kershaw produce? Mine has three screws holding the knife together on the left side, but one screw is positioned below the lanyard hole. On the right side (clip side), there are only two screws. What gives?

Nice start on a polished G-10 collection, PG:thumbup: I'm happy to have been able to inspire you to get it started:D The polished G-10 is, in my opinion one of the finest looking handle materials available.

Keep us posted as you add more;)

Jon, thanks for showing me how nice these knives are with pictures of your collection. I'll make sure to add pictures when I add new ones.
