Went in my nearest Walmart this morning and cruised through the sporting goods. Saw that there were still 5 Buck Tins left from Christmas and they were marked down to $17 each. Four were the 425/482 Boone and Crockett sets and one was the Special Edition 327/375 set. I told the clerk that I'd give $10 per tin and take all and that I knew they were from Christmas. He conferred with the manager and I walked out with 5 sets at $12 per set plus local sales tax. I should have started at $8 - I hate to leave money on the table like that.
All are upopened blister packs. I noticed another mistake I made when I got back to my truck. I was wearing my Buck knives camo cap! :grumpy:
(I still have three unopened Al Buck 110's tins that I bought for $10 each after the Christmas that they were featured - plus one that has been opened but never used).
