Haven't had much to show as of late. Work and life in general has done a pretty good job at keeping me out of the shop. Finally just this week I finished up a few more knives and a handful of holsters. Did a big push(for me) on the holsters to get them in time for a show this weekend. Roughly 20 feet of hand stitching is more than I want to do in 2 evenings. I'm sure a few of you knock a batch like this out before lunch *nods at Dave*! :D

Thanks everyone for looking!

Looking good Chris very nice. Well maybe .by 1 anyways if I had to make the knives. Speaking of which you now have a very distinctive style both knives and leatherwork. Ya have to let us know how theshow goes.

Thanks Dave. This is a fairly large event for such a small community. The towns population is just under a thousand and there are an estimated 400+ vendors and some 10-12000 people in attendance on average. This is my 2nd year there and there seemed to be quite a few more empty booths and the crowd was definitely way down from last year. I attribute the missing vendors to a price hike on the booths, at least partially so. We also had a fair amount of rain in the last week and they were saying all week there would be no parking on the fairgrounds, that everyone would have to take a shuttle from several locations in town. The show was certainly worth doing, but I'm definitely not going to lie, it was disappointing to have half the sales this year as I did last year. I sold about what I expected for knives, but was absolutely dumbfounded that I didn't sell a single holster. Everyone either wanted something for a revolver, left handed or 1 guy even asked if I had one for a Luger. I passed out a whole box of business cards, so we are yet to see how well the show actually was for me.

Must admit to not having seen your work before this post. My loss.

Much to admire about your work in these pictures. I ESPECIALLY admire your pictured blades!

Yep shows from year to year can be fickle. At one we did last year Thursday evening rocked. We did more than Fri and Sat combined. This year Thurs evening was terrible, Fri ok and Sat rocked. Quien Sabe?
