Hey! sorry i haven't been posting lately- lately i have been working on two knives, both made from 1080 HC steel. one is for my moms co-workers husband ant the other one is for my dad. I just had them heat treated so you can still see scale on them but im about to temper them in the oven and after that i will remove the scale. the first one is a hunting knife and will have walnut handles (i think... might be mahogany). The second is a tanto and it has a chisel grind on the belly and a convex grind on the front. It will have Tiger Maple handles with stainless steel pins and this one is the one going to my dad. I had help grinding from a friend of mine because im very much an amateur. Hope you like "em!!! oh, and sorry if the quality of the picture is not good- i took them on a webcam. Hope to see some comments too! i would like to get some advise /constructive criticism here so i can build off of this.
