How funny, I guess he doesn't hold himself responsible to adhere to Federal laws pertaining to the sale of counterfit merchandise.

He's selling a "Design 2008" and a fake black Vanguard. Normally I don't mess with counterfit sellers because eBay is just overrun with them now but the statement that buyers "must adhere to federal and local laws" was just too hilarious to let pass.... :foot:

I run across them all the time on that famous site, for some reason I always find myself contacting to seller and letting them know that it's a fake! I have even bought one just so I could tell them if they ever sell another fake buck knife I would leave them bad feedback. It worked, the seller stopped listing the fake Bucks he or she had. After joining the BCCI I have had this loyalty to Buck! I promote their knives and do a lot of teaching and educating in them! Shoot buck should start paying me! With knives of course!!!!

I have a small counterfit collection for "educational" purposes. I had a table at a knife show last month. I displayed 3 pairs of "Buck" knives. One was counterfit and the other was real. Overall it drew very little interest and the few people that looked at them didn't know and were just as likely to pick the counterfit as the real knife ..... just sad because to me there were very obvious visual quality differences ......
