Lawyer Tells Mother to Sue

another women for beating up her teen age son because he killed her dog with his car. Its almost like the boy (a male) was a seasoned driver (like all we were when we were that age) and it was the dog's fault. Where I come from failure to keep vehicle under control is not the dog's fault and if a woman beat me up I SURE don't tell Moma or anybody, not even the lawyer.

That is pathetic. Imagine a lowdown lawyer advising a mother to have her boy sue a women for beating him up for killing her dog. Every one in that picture except the dog's Moma should be hanged just for the principle of it. Where am I wrong here?

It is sad, but she would probably win the lawsuit. According to Judge Judy, the dog owner is supposed to have control of the dog or have it on a leash so it can't run into the street.

All these lawsuits now days really piss me off, nobody wants to take responsibility for their own actions. It looks like he got just punishment for driving stupid and killing the dog.

Well maybe that would be cruel and unusuall punishement, since he got his a$$ kicked by somebody's mom...hehehehe
 
Yep. Everybody is the victim especially when the other victim is dead and can no longer complain. "Its all gone to Hell in a hand basket". Men ain't men and women are. Its enough to make a preacher cuss.

I think a good beating is what a lot of people need. He was probably driving like an idiot (I did at that age) and deserves what he got. I would call it even if I were judge. Probably why I'm not judge.
 
The way I see it, if a dog is left to run free and he gets on the road its the owners fault, not the dogs or the drivers. The women should have had her butt kicked for letting it happen in the first place, now if the boy drove out into this womens yard and hit the dog then he definately needs his ass kicked.
Its a sue happy and greedy world, if a lot of people can get something for nothing you best watch your butt. It is a pure shame we've gotten so greedy for the almighty dollar and forgotten about human relations.

cruelty to animals .
there was a guy across the road here like that,, that should have been put in the pokie a few times for that crap..
they'd get run over then get another one to replace it for the kids.
