LB7 Spring Repair?

I recently purchased a LB7 from ebay and it's in OK shape except that it won't lock because the spring is non functional. The seller failed to mention that the spring was broke.......

It has the two piece spring.

Anyone know of a shop that can repair something like this for a decent price?

Do you want to keep it? Tell the seller you want to return it for a full refund to include shipping. If he fails to comply you have recourse through ebay/paypal.
