From reading this, it says it is an easy to machine stainless steel that can be taken up to 60 HRC, which sounds nice. Looks to be from a German steel company so I expect to see the Tusk coming from Italy or Taiwan since Golden is working their hardest to keep up with production as it is.
It says "Taiwan" in the product guide.
If the source is correct, LC= low carbon, N = Nickel
