Thanks to Chief I now have one of these in my sweaty palm. Unbelievable! How MT can do it for this price is amazing. Fit and finish are great, lock-up is very tight, possibly the sharpest knife I've ever had out of the box. I haven't had a chance to use it much, but edge geometry seems great. This makes the wait for the release of the D/A a lot easier. Anybody else like theirs?

Allright fellas mine came in yesterday also, only not from Chief. I too am amazed at the quality for the cost. I know I shouldn't be suprised at what MT can do, but still......and its only $145.00! I couldn't believe the edge on this knife, as sharp of an edge as I have seen out of the box. This was even sharper than my Elites and SERE 2000 and thats sharp. The extra heft that this knife has is pleasing. The little extra thumb snap it takes to lock up is pleasing also. I don't really like a knife blade that almost falls out of the handle. Well I am going to go play with my LCC MA and wait for the arrival of my LCC DA.

Personally, I don't like the shape of the blade, but the handle, thumbstuds, scales, bolster, and clip all kick tremendous ass. Very ergonomic, very classy looking, nice new sheath - all around winner, especially at the price. Hopefully they come out with a differant blade shape soon, then I'll be buying one for myself.

Considering the price, they are sensational! Tony Marfione personally sharpens every Microtech knife before it leaves the shop, that is why they are always so sharp. Tony has tried to train others but no one seems to be able to consistently meet his high standards.

Spark,

What style blade do you think would be better?

#317 St Patrick Day special

I hear they are going to change the print on the blade to just LCC not the full spelling like it is now. Making it a little more special!

I'm very happy with this knife. This is bliss!!! Thanks Michael.
