Hey guys... first time poster here. To start I will be completely honest, I’ve never had much an interest in knives and even less knowledge, but I was digging through some of my late Father’s old boxes and found this old looking knife. Seems to be in pretty good condition and still sharp.
I saw the logo on bottom of blade (LPD Danielson, Conn) and looked it up... nothing. Like ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The only thing I was able to find that matched the name was a furniture company based out of Connecticut. Very strange.
So in conclusion, do you guys have any idea what I have here? Any info or background on the company, time period, what it was used for, value? Is it custom made or did I just miss something when I looked it up? Thanks so much guys. Be well.
