I found about Leao de Aço Cutelaria Custom, a Brazilian knife maker on a knife group on Facebook.
I contacted Jorge and purchased the huge bowie knife. When it arrived I was impressed with the quality and amount of knife I got for price and ordered a custom fighter bowie. Jorge started right away and three weeks later the custom bowie was underway to my house.

Specs

Huge Bowie:
14,4" hand forged, hand sanded, differentially hardened 5160 blade, 4mm thick.
Total length 20,4"
Balance point around 2" from the guard
Sambar stag handle, steel bolster and guard.
Habaki style ricasso.
Fast and well balanced for it's size.

Fighter Bowie:
10,5" hand forged, hand sanded, distal tapered differentially hardened 5160 blade, 4mm thick.
Total length 15,5"
Balance point 1 cm from guard.
Brass bolster and pommel, phosphate finish guard.
Sambar stag handle.
Habaki style ricasso.
Very fast.
I found some time to do some test cutting with this knife. Awesome test cutter. Very fast. Knife performs flawlessly despite my sometimes flawed edge alignment. By accident I chopped in a 1" thick oak bottle stand, no damage at all to the blade.

I kind of like that approach to the choil/ricasso, but what blows me away is the size and wall thickness of that antler
