Since I became interested in Busse I had always wanted an SFNO. I'd still like an old one but this is one fine knife. This is a limited edition that really should be used.

Here are the first pics I could take. Sorry about the quality. After seeing some of the photographic skills here I am somewhat embarrassed to post mine but here they are

I really like the balance on this knife. It is hefty but not too heavy. It is a touch blade heavy which is good for chopping but it is still fast in the hand. I like a knife 8 inches long. FOr me that is perfect. All in all this is a great knife. If it was legal in NY I'd carry it always.

Well those pictures are great! Very tempting.....sooo tempting....have to keep reminding myself I have two FSH's....and Xmas coming up....I can't do it...:foot:

very nice !! does it look thicker than the CG version ?? THe LE NMFBM was around .280" .. any chance of this here?

That does look thicker than the CGs to me, but that could be just the satin finish talking. Looks very good! Congrats!

Is that an ALUMICOLOR scale in the background or an yellowed plastic one like I got? Just kidding! Nice pics, and awesome looking knife.

This is how mine mic out...

LE - 0.233
CG - 0.241 (coating adds a bit)

These are beautiful knives.

no LE thickness bump on these :( damn, I was hoping it would be thicker like the NMFBM

LOL, so this time around it seems the LEs are thinner than the CGs! :D You just never know. But I know one thing. I love me a thinnish satin finished blade of INFI!

My caliper needs batteries but to my eye the thickness seems a touch less than a quarter inch. It is a mean and wicked blade and I love it like family
