This one is along the lines of my scalpers. The blade was forged from an old leaf spring, infact I think it may have been one of the first leaf springs I collected back when I first started making. The blade is 6 3/4" with an overall measurment of 12". The handle was made from a piece of Stellar seacow rib bone and the fittings are wrought iron.

Looks really good. I've heard wrought iron is good stuff. Any idea why that is? I'm only asking because I see you used some and I'm new to the whole forging thing and I'm curious about it. Great looking knife!
