Hey guys and gals,
I have a question. I bought a brand new Leaf Storm last week. I have carried it daily (for about 8 days) and have used it to open a few envelopes, nothing else.
Today, I pulled out my knife when I got home from work, and lo and behold, a screw is missing. What the heck? I searched and could not find it. Can you buy replacements? What can I do? I love this knife but now am worried about the other screws. It never occurred to me to check the tightness of the screws right out of the box.
Thanks for the help everyone!

I have a old Endrua that lost a pocket clip screw. I e-mailed Spyderco and they mailed out a new one free of charge. I am pleased with the Customer Service. A free ten cent screw goes a long way with me. I use Blue Lock Tite on pocket clip screws now. Do not use red Lock Tite, it is too much.

Call Spyderco and they'll have a replacement screw out in the mail in no time. Charlynn is a doll to speak with.

And yes, make sure to snug up all the screws on any new knife you get, blue loctite is also good.

 Charlynn is great. I needed 2 new screws that go into the aluminum backspacer on one of my militarys due to damage that occurred to it. I got in touch with spyderco CS inquiring how much a couple screws would cost me, as I assumed responsibility for the damage and resulting screw loss and they said don't worry about it. Sure enough (pretty quickly too) I received a package with a full set of scale and clip screws (with red locktite) with a "thank you" message from Charlynn written on the little plastic bag. Awesome.

Thanks for the replies all. I emailed Charlynn and she is sending a replacement screw for the knife. Quick question, what size torx head is it?
And Spyderco CS is awesome. . .

I'm pretty sure it's T6. You can buy a $5 torx driver set with any size you'll need for a knife from local hardware store, Home Depot, Lowes, ect.
