Leather belt to EDW

Hey i'm looking for a nice leather belt to wear everyday. I've been wearing cheap Walmart belts so far, so I'm looking to get something that will last a while and do the job.
Something in about the $50-80 range.
I font carry too many heavy items, just a multitool, phone and a knife.

So what kinda suggestions you all got?
 
Dillon has a very good gun belt. I wear a 110, Super Tool, cell phone, flashlight, etc and it holds everything with no droop. Seems like the price was around 40-50 bucks.

I have worn the 5 stitch Instructors model for years. And it wears like iron. Very competitively priced for a highly functional belt.

Where can I find belts that will accect a belt buckle? I have a "Charlie Daniels Band 30th Anniversary" buckle, but I just had a regular belt so I took the buckle off that and glued/taped it over again. Are there any stores that will have these?
 
Kinda depends on what type of clothing you are wearing.

I wear a law enforcement duty belt (1 3/4") in basketweave when casual. Since I don't get dressed up too much, this is my everyday wear belt. Woeks great with the jeans, BDU pants or Utilikilts.

Heavy duty, not bad looking and can handle my handguns with ease. You can usually find one between $12-$35, depending on quality.

Had mine for years, now. Best of all, it will accept whatever buckle you might want to add to it.

Just google duty belt or look at any duty gear shop or law enforcement gear site on the web or locally.

I have a Mitch Rosen gunleather belt that I like a lot. It was $55 a while ago.
Kenny Rowe also makes belts... I have one on order.
 
Thanks for the info guys. I'm not a big fan of synthetics, but the Instructor belt sounds really interesting.

Guess, I'll just have to get a leather and synthetics betl. ;)
 
a while ago i was looking for the ultimate hard use belt, and i happened apon a 2" wide 1/4" thick double latch latigo leather belt for 100$ at the time i thought "wow. thats way to expensive"... i still wish i had bought it....

to be honest, the best belt ive ever worn so far has been a cheap walmart belt - the dickies black leather double latch belt. very simple, you can latch it all the way down the belt (for tournicates if need be :rolleyes: ), and its pretty rugged. i have a freind i gave one of mine to who's been wearing it for 5 years now. its warped and has a lot of peeling, but it still functions properly, and isnt going to break anytime soon...

the sell for something like 12-15$

only certain walmarts carry them though, i actually had to drive 40 miles to another towns walmart to get mine (bought 4 of them :D )

I should have thought to look at Carhartts, I own some of their other stuff and its great.
