A buddy of mine gave me a very used and pitted Western W66. I'm in the process of bringing it back to life...........
It needs a sheath, though.
Anybody know where I can find a reasonable facsimile?

Thanks in advance!

There are some inexpensive sheaths on the big river site, or you could get someone like Horsewright to make you one.

Thanks for the tip! Can you post the web address please?

I have used these as a replacement sheath for vintage fixed blades I have found and restored that did not have a sheath. Not bad for the money ($11). Look around on the site under sheaths they have many options for replacement sheaths.

This is one of my knives (Imperial Sportsman) with the sheath in the top link. These are good replacement for vintage fixed blade knives by Western, Imperial, Utica and Shrade Walden.

I asked once how to "fix" a sheath. They said you don't.
