Any suggestions on a good, solid leather gun belt? Thanks for the help.

Bianchi B21 Contour Belt

Contoured at a natural angle to wrap around the body. Foam padded and fancy stitched with two thickness of heavy cowhide. Plain finish, tan. 26" - 42".

A double thick 1 3/4 inch belt will bunch up if it is not cut on a contour. If a heavy belt runs in a straight line along it's length, don't waste your money. The contour makes it comfortable.

The double thickness makes it a heavy duty platform for gun holsters and other gear.

My Bianchi belt has served me well :)

I bought a couple from Dillon's a few years ago and wear one or the other every day. Great value, no complaints. Handles all the things I carry on a belt with ease (and that's alot of things some days!).

Rafter's GunLeather belts. Mom and Pop business, excellent quality, excellent prices. Very popular amongst regulars of the gunboards. www.raftersgunleather.com/

I got a Galco belt. What a waste! Is very poor quality leather. The kind that easily cracks.

I'm sorry to hear that. I've had mine for years and it's still perfect (although a little pricey). :)

I was about to delete Eager's double post, but then I realized ... a double post from a guy whose tagline is "Department of Redundancy Dept."? I don't know ... maybe he should have a special dispensation and be allowed to post double without having the extra one deleted....

El Paso Saddlery makes some excellent belts. Worn one for many years, carrying a strong side Colt Gov't and two mags on weak side. Hold up very well, their holsters are excellent as well.
