My Regulator came in the mail yesterday and it needed some pants so I got out the kydex, leather and tools and got busy. Enjoy.

Coyote Tan Kydex and hot waxed leather.

Un-screw the 4 Chicago screws, remove the kydex liner and use the top two holes with a Tek_Lok and I have a lightweight high ride belt sheath.

randy

Lookin good. Nice work. Looks like you've had a little practice bending kydex.

Not really. This one did turn out a lot better that my other ones for some reason and it took 2 pieces of kydex before i got it right. :)

I've made a few before but not a lot.

Geez, dude, that's a fancy sheath there. I haven't seen anyone do anything like that this side of Safariland or Blade-tek. :D

No, nothing. Yet? :D

Those are just the only two makers that I know off the top of my head that have a sheath or scabbard system that has leather overlayed on kydex like that. Although all of theirs are a more permanent integration.
