Leather lanyard?

Looking for something with a little more meat then the braided wispy ones I have seen online. A member on 24hour made one from Larry Parsons scraps which I liked very much. If I can find it ill post a pic.
 
Those are really easy to do...... go to a thrift store and pick up and old purse or coat cheap - couple dollars?

Cut a strip out of it - run it threw the hole, cut small slice at beging. Pull threw, cut another slice on other side. Pull threw and just keep weaving like that
until you get the length you want? Leave tasles hang on end, no need to tie it off. It will stay together.
I use pig hide I got from TANDY, I double it and glue it to make it thicker. First one I did turned out about perfect so I know you could do it.
Even if it took you a couple tries? I would send you a piece for free, but it would cost me $6.00 to ship it? Like I said you could find something
that would work for 2 or 3 dollars around you?

Go online and search "bleed knot" and you will find instructions. They are even easier if you use a hole punch instead of slicing the leather with a knife.
