I'm looking at Redeemed Creations right now, but wondering if you have any suggestions for a top quality minimalist wallet and separately a leather valet tray to help keep some of my stuff organized. Are there any makers here on the forum that you would recommend?

I've been looking for a minimalist wallet myself. A couple years ago I got a Ridge wallet, because they seemed like such a good idea. No matter how many times I've tried it, I just can't make myself like it. I guess I'm just an old phart & set in my ways, but a wallet ought to be leather.

About an hour before I even saw this I ordered what looks like a nice leather minimalist wallet from that big river/jungle online store for $15. It has all but 95K reviews at a 4.6 average rating, so I guess somebody likes them. If I don't like it, it's only $15. I've wasted a heck of alot more money than that on more frivolous stuff in my life.:)

Check out Mainstreet forge.
I've had their slim bifold over a year at this point and really love it, I've also bought 4 other wallets from them as gifts because I like their wallets so much.

They make the kind of " wallet " you're looking for, and they make a leather tray.

Their slim & slim bifold front pocket wallets seem to be just what I was looking for. And their prices aren't bad at all.

That looks horrid. Bad stitching, poor design.
what makes it a " poor design " ?
It's bigger than my previous wallet ( was a one of a kind piece, nothing else like it ) but otherwise is exactly what I was looking for in a bifold wallet.
and I don't see any bad stitching, unless you're talking about that one slightly weird looking spot where the stitch finishes it's all even and consistent.

Btw the 4 other Mainstreet forge wallets I bought as gifts were perfect.
