Leather & Molle ???

Any of you leather wizards out there have every done a leather sheath that can be molle compatible and provide retention, but able to access the blade fast? What I would like to do is have a knife attached to my HPG kit bag that has molle vertically or handle facing down. It will ride with me when I run.

I've seen quite a few makers turn out molle compatible sheaths, there is also a growing number of attachment gadgets making it a much simpler process. Maxpedition comes to mind.
Googling molle compatible leather sheaths will get you on your way, but be prepared to slog through a bit of excess material.
 
Thanks leatherman. I have done a dive into Google looking for makers with more hands on experience for feed back. Also aome of the more favorable sheaths I have found are a bit pricy and turn around times at over 10 weeks.
