Sheath I did for a file knife I made. Rivets are steel nails with steel wasgers and peened over. No kydex rattle!

Well that's one way of making Kydex look good......just kiddin guys.....where's my "just kiddin" smilie......oh no....the Leatherman is gonna come down on me again......frown.......

Hey CM, looks like your work is getting better bit by bit! Keep improving and utilizing the advice given to you and you'll only move forward. Well done so far. :)

Seems the mouth of the sheath is proving to be a difficult part to work, I agree. When you try to mate two unlike materials its really hard to make them seamless. But, its much better than your last, by a long shot.

Keep it up!

Quoted for posterity.

Agree with Dwayne. Getting much better. I like the edge stitching on this one better as well. One thing I would suggest is to find another type of fastener to get rid of those bumps. Maybe chicago screws glued closed.

I like the Chicago screw idea, they would be much more sleek under the thin leather, and a drop of super glue would make them permanent.

Kiah, I also agree on your correction, much more effective and descriptive.
