Leather pillows?

Sort of a strange request, but I'm obsessed with leather. I love the way it smells and feels, and I have one leather pillow and I'm looking for another one. I'm having a hard time finding ones that are filled with down/feathers, I don't like the cheap feeling polyester/stuffing filled ones. Anyone know of any sites that sell good quality leather pillows? Size wise I'm looking for something you could throw on a cough, not a full size bed pillow.

Leather cushions, yes, but not pillows.

I'm not big on buying something like that on Ebay, too easy to get something cheap or fake.

Still looking for some good sites, I wish I could find them in a brick and mortar store again.
