leather question

Hello and thanks in advance for the replies. My question is what type of wicket and craig leather do you buy for your sheaths. In particular, I am looking to make sheaths for large knives and swords up to 36"

I buy 8-10oz Russet skirting...perfect for what you plan to do (IMO) ...better hurry, they have a price increase coming May 1st.
