Leather Sheath and Shoulder Harness Makers?

Anyone know of a source for quality leather knife shoulder harnesses (preferably online)? I need a new shoulder rig that would include a sheath and haven't had much luck finding any makers yet. Any forumites know of anywhere reputable that I can have a semi-custom harness made up? Any help would be much appreciated!
